Come kick up your heels in this BRAND NEW western themed cookie class! Mastering Royal Icing will cover EVERYTHING you need to know from start to finish! This is a great class for those who want to learn for a hobby or to fine tune your royal icing skills.

Instruction includes:

1. Demonstration of steps and ingredients used to make royal icing, including choosing flavors for your royal icing.

2. Step by step techniques used to achieve the perfect flood consistency, medium consistency and stiff consistency.

3. Choosing and mixing of colors, along with different mediums used.

4. Icing bag techniques and use of different icing tips.

5. How to create texture to add dimension to your cookies (Coo Cow Fur and Cactus).

This is a “hands on” interactive class. Everyone will get 6 large cookies to decorate in this fun theme. You will also receive my royal icing recipe, my roll out cookie recipe and a Royal Icing Instruction “How to” pamphlet along with some other goodies! Looking forward to meeting you in class!

Please bring food and snacks to class, we will be taking a small break to eat, in between cookie drying. Bottled water is provided during class. Can’t wait to see you! Your gonna LOVE this class!
