This class will cover EVERYTHING need to know from start to finish! This is a great class for those that want to learn for a hobby, prep for those holiday cookies or to fine tune your royal icing skills for your cookie/cake business. Instruction will include:
- Demonstration of steps to make royal icing, including choosing a flavor for your icings 
- Step by step techniques used to achieve the perfect flood consistency, writing consistency and stiff consistency used to make flowers. 
- Choosing and mixing colors. 
- Using bottles vs. bags 
- Stenciling with royal icing 
6. Q & A session
This is a “hands on” interactive class. You will get 6 cookies to decorate any way you want. Two of the cookies will be pre-iced to practice techniques during the class. Everyone will receive a small swag bag at the end of the class that will include my royal icing recipe, a roll out cookie recipe for the holidays and a royal icing instruction “How to” pamphlet along with other goodies! To register just message me and I will send you an invoice. Once invoice is received and paid, your seat will be reserved in the class.
